hello Nick Bantock! I adore your work and your emphasis on integrating modes of thinking. (I love the line "the best lack all conviction..." !) I think I read in one of your posts here that you chose a particular marketing strategy to try to make your work more accessible to those who are more in need of it (with the stamps?), which I think is wonderful. Do you, or do you know of any people who, explicitly focus on art outreach or art-linked social action? For example, I know of a bookmobile project that went around the U.S. offering cheap or free bookbinding classes, not only in cities but also trekking out to rural areas. I'm at this point in my life (being 19) where I'm really trying to invent some kind of integrative intellectually and emotionally sound professional path for myself, incorporating at least a couple of my interests: psychology, art, social action, writing... So anyway, that's my motivation for seeking some aid in this exploration. If you have any general mentoring advice, I'd totally appreciate that too.
All the best to you and your family, Sarah
