The Egyptian Jukebox has completely baffled me. Both times I saw you at Village Books in B'ham I asked something about the book-nada. I'm pretty good at puzzles, so why is this one so hard for me? Should I be paying attention to one thing more than the other?
By the way I wasn't expecting to run into the new book, but I did at my favorite book store. I knew it had something to do with the doctor! Thanks once more for another wonderful book.
By the way: I was the girl/lady that came up to you asking about auditions for a Sabine character. You looked me up and down but mostly at my face and said "hmmmm..." Just that one sound thrilled me. At the time I had long brown hair, olive skin and a kind of ethnic look. Right now I'm very thin (due to heart sugery), my hair is short and red, I'm still attractive and I still have the olive skin. I know it's a longshot, but do you remember me?
